Flower Series 1

My name is Alice a prisoner at Langata Women prisons. I used to be stressed up and was depressed. When cross stitching was introduced to us, I joined and got an opportunity to cross stitch this flower pattern. It took me several months but I enjoyed it. Finally, they paid us and I used the money for my child’s school fees, bought uniform and food at home through my sister. I don’t know how all this could have been possible without Carakana reaching out to me with such an opportunity. Thank you Carakana.
