Flamingos’ bright pink feathers are actually a result of their diet. When flamingos feed on shrimp and other small crustaceans, they consume high amounts of carotenoids. Carotenoids are the pigment that colors carrots. Acrylic on canvas size= 48cm x 40cm

The sun, a fiery orb, looks like it's gradually receding into the waters below. The sky consists of an assortment of shades, a blend of reds, oranges and yellows. The waters below mirror this effect. The waves are tinted vermilion, with underlying streaks of blue that clash with it. Acrylic on canvas size= 100cm x 76cm.
