Silantoi is as graceful as a gazelle and as strong as a lioness in the Mara plains. She is cultured, clever and poised. Her laughter rings out over the savanna. Full of life, peace and contentment.

Laundry is a conversation inspired by women doing less popular jobs.The subject matter is a
woman that lives next to my studio going about her day cleaning her laundry.The piece
recognizes the significance in which these women play in the society and the sacrifice they put
in to educate their children and up hold their families.
