Depending on whether you want to join the team as a vendor or you are tired of calendars hanging on your walls, these are the steps you will follow;
Browse the product categories on the website (we assure you, you will be spoilt for choice), identify the piece you are interested in from any of our merchants.
Put an order by clicking on the “add to cart’’ button,proceed to checkout where you will fill in the billing details as well as the desired address of delivery. After providing us with your details, you will proceed to choose your payment method and make the transaction. Upon payment, you will receive an acknowledgement email from the team.
ARTexpress team embarks on processing your order. Every delivery package will have a unique tracking number so as to ensure it’s traceable throughout all phases of transportation.
To Note; Local Orders (within East Africa) take 0-4 working days
International Orders will take 5-30 working days
All shipping/delivery charges are billed to the client and are non-refundable
Upon receiving the ordered product, the client will check on the quality of the same in reference to what they ordered. If satisfied with the product, the client will go ahead to acknowledge receipt, approve of the same on the website, at this point, the company will release the funds to the specific vendor.
