Chapo tatu,speaks about my emense love for chapati,its place in the modern kenyan culture
and the livelihood of the cooks that prepare it.The subject matter is my local chapati cooks in
action and its title is three chapatis because I do always ask for three chapatis when I do buy
some.

Laundry is a conversation inspired by women doing less popular jobs.The subject matter is a
woman that lives next to my studio going about her day cleaning her laundry.The piece
recognizes the significance in which these women play in the society and the sacrifice they put
in to educate their children and up hold their families.
